Mikaela Mosley is a Production Designer and Creative Producer with experience across live events, experiential production, and visual storytelling. She focuses on translating concepts into buildable environments and live experiences, bridging creative vision with on-the-ground execution.
With a strong eye for light, form, and spatial design, her work explores the use of color, texture, and diverse subjects to create immersive, narrative-driven environments. She is particularly interested in portraying people of color with depth and intention, highlighting their beauty, creativity, and complexity.
Alongside her design practice, Mikaela has worked in event coordination and production, supporting high-profile events and managing logistics, vendors, and on-site execution in fast-paced environments. This dual perspective allows her to approach projects holistically, considering both the aesthetic vision and the operational systems required to bring it to life.
Mikaela received her M.F.A. in Production Design from the American Film Institute and her B.A. in Media, Journalism & Film Studies from Howard University.
